Registration Fee:
A NON-REFUNDABLE annual fee of $50 is due at time of registration. This money guarantees your child’s spot in class and pays for a welcome pack given at back-to-school night. If registering after the school year has begun the welcome pack will be given at the time the registration fee is paid.
Tuition:
- Tuition is due the 1st of every month and no later than the 5th.
- Tuition is $100 per month, per child for 2-days/week and $150 per month, per child for 3-days/week.
- Tuition received after the 5th of the month will incur a $10 late fee.

- Mailed tuition will be received as the postmarked date or by the date placed in drop box at preschool.
- Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE unless class is cancelled, in which case it shall be prorated.
- There will be a $35.00 fee for returned checks.
- Tuition will not be prorated during holidays or short months. We will follow the Washington County School District calendar for all holiday breaks.
Discounts
- A credit of $15.00 will be awarded to your account for each day a parent volunteers. (2.5 hour class)
- Discounts will be awarded the month following volunteer work. (Volunteer in September, receive a discount in October.)
- September tuition will be paid in full.
- May tuition will receive April’s discount.
- There will be no volunteering in May, unless otherwise stated.
Volunteering
- Volunteering is limited to one parent per class, unless otherwise stated.
- Volunteer spots are filled on a first come first serve basis each month.
- Volunteering is optional.
- Volunteering parents who cannot make their assigned day must inform Ms. Beckie prior to the volunteer date if they do not wish to be dropped from the volunteer program.
- Trading assigned volunteer days is welcome. Parents must do this on their own and let Ms. Beckie know of the changes.
- Volunteers will play an active role in the classroom.
- Ms. Beckie has the right to refuse volunteers if she has any reason to believe they are hindering the learning environment of the class.
Additional Fees:
Field trips may incur a small additional fee – no more than $5. Students are not obligated to attend field trips.
